My Professional Background:
I am an experienced and qualified Counsellor and an Accredited Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy). I hold an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Diploma in Life Coaching; alongside a comprehensive range of additional training. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of issues and cultural backgrounds and provide telephone and online counselling or life coaching. I also provide Critical Incident Responce, Clinical Assessments and other Counselling Services to numerous Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), including the Police Firearms Officers Association (PFOA) and charitable organisations.

My working experience has been varied, challenging and rewarding:
My career started in 2003 where I volunteered as a Bereavement & Loss Counsellor at The Peace Hospice in Hertfordshire. In 2006 I relocated to West Sussex, where I worked for many years on Government funded projects in Southampton, Brighton and London. My career continued where I gained substantial experience; working within a clinical team as a Counsellor/Case Manager for a global EAP Provider and then as a Consultant for a large corporate organisation; offering Mental Health advice to HR and Mangers, producing Pension and Health related reports, presenting workshops and offering on-site trauma support. During this time I also provided group life-coaching workshops and co-wrote and presented at an international conference.
